Bob Younglove has combined his education in Behavioral Psychology with more than 30 years of experience as a Performance Coach, International Trainer and Change Consultant, helping people change their habits and life-style to be healthier, happier and more successful.  As a shy child with learning disabilities who failed the 6th grade, Bob struggled to believe in his dream for success.  With the coaching support of many successful people, Bob has created and managed PATH Associates for more than 30 years.  He received the ASTD Touch Award for contributions in turning classroom training into performance improvement on the job.  He has facilitated the change process in numerous organizations and demonstrated how supervisors can become coaches for improved performance.

Bob is the author of several books, including SPONSOR SUCCESS: A Workbook for Turning Good Intentions Into Positive Results, and a contributing author with Jack Canfield, Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard to Speaking of Success.

Bob enjoys entertaining and inspiring audiences with his humorous stories and practical strategies for building character and confidence for success.

Bob is a graduate instructor at Johns Hopkins University, the Vice President of the National Association for Self-Esteem, a member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Center for Character Education, and a speaker for the Achievement Counts program for High School Students.   His passion is to help parents, teachers and coaches sharpen their skills at positively influencing children and teens to believe in their talent and capability for success.
